The stories we tell ourselves have power. Sometimes they inspire us. Sometimes they quietly hold us back.

Over time, we all develop narratives about our abilities, our circumstances, and the paths available to us. Sometimes these stories grow out of past experiences, disappointments, or fears. And often we repeat them so frequently that they begin to feel like facts.
But the stories we carry are not always the truth. One of the most powerful things we can release is the story we tell ourselves about who we are and what is possible for our lives.
Journal Prompt #2
What story have you been telling yourself that may be preventing you from manifesting your dreams?
When we pause long enough to write honestly, we sometimes discover that the story we've been telling ourselves may no longer serve us. And once we notice the story, we can begin to release it.
As usual, I encourage you to bring your journal to class. Some of my most powerful epiphanies have come upon rising from Savasana.
