You are welcome to choose another carrier.  Please plan to arrive at San Jose Airport at 2:00 PM on 11/9 and depart at  1:55 PM on 11/16 for our group transportation to the retreat center, which is included with your registration fee.

If you need to arrive outside the recommended time or prefer to take a regional flight to the retreat center, let us know, and we will help you arrange your transportation for an additional cost.

• Download the Excursions List,  which includes details and pricing information on excursions. We will do the Chocolate Tour as a group excursion​​. The cost for the tour and transportation is included in your retreat fee.​

• We HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you purchase travel insurance. Trawick International offers several coverage options.
