This is a women-only healing circle designed for holistic restoration. We focus on "healing to be whole" through a mix of yoga, meditation, and three dedicated "Sister Heal Yourself" workshops where you'll explore breathwork, mudras, journaling, and the use of crystals and essential oils.

We will be at the Tierra de Sueños Retreat & Wellness Center in Playa Chiquita, located in the Limón Province (the Caribbean side) of Costa Rica. The center is nestled in the jungle, just steps away from beige sand beaches and turquoise waters.

Your investment covers:   • Daily yoga classes and three "Sister Heal Yourself" workshops. • All daily meals (Breakfast, lunch, and dinner). • One scheduled group excursion. • A special Welcome Gift. • Eco-friendly bungalow accommodations.

Airfare is not included in the retreat price. You will also want to bring extra funds for any personal shopping in nearby Puerto Viejo, additional spa services, or independent excursions.

Our bungalows are designed for ecotourism—simple, comfortable, and fully immersed in the lush naturescape. Each features a porch hammock and ceiling fans. Please note that while we disconnect to reconnect, Wi-Fi is available in the main lodge.

To secure your spot, a $500 deposit is due at booking. The remaining balance is split into two payments:   • May 20, 2026: $950 • August 20, 2026: $950

To maintain the intimacy and planning of this retreat, all sales are final and non-refundable. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
