You are welcome to choose another carrier.  Plan to arrive at San Jose Airport by 12:00 PM on 8/18 and leave at 12:30 PM on 8/25. We will take a private shuttle bus to the retreat center. The cost is $90 roundtrip.

If you need to arrive outside the recommended time or prefer to take a regional flight to the retreat center, let us know, and we will help you arrange your transportation.

• Download the Retreat Information document, which includes EVERYTHING you need to know to prepare to travel to Costa Rica.

• Download the Excursion List  to plan your activities during the retreat. Remember to bring cash (USD) for any excursions you plan to experience. The Chocolate Tour, Beach Bonfire, and daily yoga & meditation classes are included with the retreat.

• We HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you purchase travel insurance. Trawick International offers several coverage options.
